ment and Mechanization (PhilMech) is pushing education packages to improve the productivity of rice farmers through mechanization.
Under Republic Act 11203, or the “Rice Tariffication Law,” PhilMech will spearhead the distribution of farm machines and equipment to farmers cooperatives and association (FCAs) with an annual finances of P5 billion in the next six years.
